Polar Ponderings
How do polar bears do it? They live in one of the coldest climates in the world, far in the arctic regions of the north. They have to sleep in a pile of snow every night. They have to doggie paddle through freezing waters just to get some fish for dinner. And they always seem to do it all without looking the least bit uncomfortable! We live in Minnesota, so we’re no stranger to cold weather either, but polar bears just seem to be the masters at keeping cozy, and we’re VERY interested in their strange ability to shrug off the cold. That’s why we’ve been studying them.
We wanted to harness their warm and comfy nature to craft an outfit that maximized coziness, which is why we assigned our costume designers an important task! They watched countless videos on the matter and then, they came up with this Adult Arctic Polar Bear Costume.
Design & Details
This polar bear costume is one of our many Made by Us, exclusive creations. The costume starts with a white jumpsuit that’s made out of a soft fleece material. The zipper in the front makes it easy to change into, and the paw-shaped mitts and foot covers help to transform you into a ferociously cute polar bear. The matching white headpiece really brings the whole look together! It fits with a strap under the chin and has a polar bear face designed into the front. It even has a pair of adorable bear ears on top! Just suit up in this costume and you’ll be as comfy as a polar bear!
The Fluffy Factor
This costume might not be suitable gear for the arctic (we’re still working on the art of mastering the perfect polar outfit), but it will make you feel warm and fluffy when you head to your next costume party.
